Event safety & responsibility

All attendees take part at their own risk.

D2K is not liable for personal injury, loss or theft at events, except where the law says we are.

Attendance needs permission from a parent or guardian.

Parents remain responsible for their child's conduct and safe travel to and from events.

Tickets are non-transferable unless D2K approves otherwise.

Some services, such as payments and messaging, are handled by third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel).

We are not responsible for technical issues or data breaches on external platforms, but we check they meet industry standards for youth safety.

All D2K branding, event materials, website content and media belong to D2K or our authorised partners.

Unauthorised use is prohibited.
